By Using the App
Simply accessing or using Guessthee constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately and close your account through the settings page.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The English version of these terms prevails in case of translation discrepancies.

Cheating & Exploits
Using bots, scripts, automated tools, exploits, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Malware & Hacking
Attempting to inject malware, interfere with servers, reverse-engineer the app, or access unauthorized data is illegal and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Harassment & Abuse
Bullying, hate speech, threats, or any form of harassment towards other players or staff is not tolerated. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
Unauthorized Sales
Selling, trading, or transferring accounts, virtual items, in-game currency, or any Guessthee assets for real money or other consideration outside the platform is forbidden.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another user, Guessthee staff, or any public figure is strictly prohibited. Verified badges are reserved for official accounts only and may not be imitated.
Spam & Advertising
Posting unsolicited advertisements, spam, phishing links, or promotional content within the game or community channels will result in content removal and account penalties.
IP Rights
Intellectual Property
Our games, designs, and content are protected — just like every carefully crafted challenge in the game
Our Content
All game content, including challenges, graphics, logos, sounds, UI designs, and software, are the exclusive property of Guessthee. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

User-Generated Content
By submitting content (such as custom challenges or community posts), you grant Guessthee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your original creations.
